Damaged in Transit

If any items are damaged in transit you must report it to us within 48hrs. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Items should then be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 days after the date that you received the items in which to inform us of the fault. Items should then be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

If you change your mind

If you have changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days after the date that you received the item. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' (or 'as supplied' if the item supplied was a used item) when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Radio Structures we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

Return Merchandise Authorization

If for any of the above reasons you are returning an item, please contact us first at returns@radiostructures.com to request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) with a full explanation as to why you are returning the item. We will then issue an RMA number which must be displayed on the outer packaging when you return the item to us.
