Damaged in Transit

If any items are damaged in transit you must report it to us within 24hrs. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt or the packaging is damaged it must be signed as damaged, if you are unable to sign due to covid you must ask the delivery driver to mark as damaged and show you what they wrote. Items should then be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, We shall issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, please contact us with your order number to inform us of the fault. Items should then be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Return Merchandise Authorization

If for any of the above reasons you are returning an item, please contact us first at sales@radiostructures.com with a full explanation as to why you are returning the item. We will then issue an returns number which must be displayed on the outer packaging when you return the item to us.

Please note items that are manufactured to order - ie specific items such as cut to frequency cannot be returned, we will however try and work with you, so if you have ordered the wrong frequency we will try and retune for free (within reason)
