Coldest Journey Update – Progress Through the Cravass Fields

The Ice Team have made progress after being stuck for about 20 days. It’s amazing to watch the team building snow bridges over the cravasses.

Good to see the GPR doing a grand job!

We provided a 9 metre mast for the ice team for use with the GPR to help navigate safe passage through these dangerous crevass fields, the idea was to extend the GPR in front of the CAT’s. Watching the updates and videos, we are thankful the ice team remain safe and are awed by the amazing pictures that can be found on The Coldest Journey blog. Take a look for yourself  here.
